A.Select crushing equipment according to material characteristics:
First of all, we must understand the characteristics of the material, different hardness materials are suitable for different types of crushers. Then you can make the next selection.
Material hardness is generally divided into three types: hard, medium hard and soft. The R & D of each crusher is manufactured according to the characteristics of the material. If the material hardness is high, you need an ore crusher suitable for high hardness, such as jaw crusher or our self-developed powerful double-toothed roller crusher. If an impact crusher of medium hardness is used, it will cause severe wear, greatly reduce performance, and have a short service life.
Therefore, we make the following recommendations:
a)For sandstone, concrete, limestone, marble, dolomite and other hard materials, jaw crushers and our self-developed 2DSKP series powerful double tooth roller crusher can be used.
Jaw plates in jaw crushers are mainly made of high manganese steel. High manganese steel is an alloy steel material, which is named because of high manganese content when casting manganese steel alloy. Controlling the manganese content can ensure that the manganese steel alloy not only has good hardness and wear resistance, but also has good toughness. Therefore jaw crusher is suitable for crushing hard materials.
Our self-developed 2DSKP series powerful double-tooth roller crusher is specially developed for crushing limestone. The biggest advantage are high lump rate, low over crushing rate, and regular discharge granularity. The lump rate up to 90%. c)For soft materials such as gypsum and bituminous coal with a compressive strength below 200Mpa, hammer crusher should be used. No need for secondary crushing, reducing cost by about 40%, low energy consumption, and low investment.
B.Select crushing equipment according to feeding material size:
According to the size of the raw materials, we can divide the crushing process into three types: coarse crushing or called primary crushing, medium crushing or called secondary crushing and fine crushing. We developed different type of double-tooth roller sizing crusher suitable for different need.
1)Coarse crusher suitable for feeding size: 300-1500mm, output size: 150-500mm; the maximum capacity 10000t/h;

D.Suggestions for choosing crushing equipment;
1.First, we must consider the characteristics of the material, such as material components, hardness, and water content etc.
2.The feeding method, feeding size, output size and production capacity. The different crusher is different.
3.Energy consumption. Machines with large processing capacity and low energy consumption are our preferred equipment.
4.Vulnerability of parts. You have to have all the information, not just one-sided.
5.Maintenance is also something we need to consider. Try to choose a machine that is easy to maintain.
6.If we have a small space, we should also consider the size of the crushing equipment.
7.Working principle. The working principle of the crusher is definitely different, because there are so many crushers with different working principle, they can also be compared.
8.Cost. In order to choose the most suitable machine, you should combine all conditions such as the mode of transport and shipping time and transport cost etc.
Therefore, in addition to consider the price, it is more important that we consider the above all factors. We can really choose the most suitable and economical crushing equipment finally.
